Everything you need to know before your child’s Euforia Birthday Experience.
What ages are Kids Birthday Experiences for?
Our Kids Birthday Experiences are designed for children approximately 2–13 years old. For ages 14–17, we recommend exploring our Teen Birthday Experiences.

It depends on the experience selected. B-Day Pop uses a setup from Euforia’s existing collection, while our higher collections offer different levels of personalization and custom birthday styling.

The level of customization depends on your selected package. Some experiences include a personalized theme, custom props or additional production details. We’ll review your ideas with you and create the experience according to what is included in your collection.

No. Cake is not included in our Kids Birthday Experiences. Families are welcome to bring their own cake if they would like one incorporated into the session.

Yes. The number of outfit changes depends on the package selected. Each collection clearly lists the number of outfits included.

Each collection includes a specific number of professionally edited photographs, ranging from 15 to 40 images, depending on the experience selected.

No. Euforia Photo Studio does not provide or sell the complete unedited gallery. Your package includes the number of professionally preselected and edited photographs stated in the collection you purchase.
If you fall in love with additional photographs from your preselected gallery, additional edited images may be purchased separately.

Yes. Additional professionally edited photographs may be purchased separately from your preselected gallery.

If you want additional participants included in your child’s birthday experience, please contact us before your session. Additional participants may be added for an extra fee, and availability may depend on the package and session setup.

Yes. Depending on availability, additional session time, outfit changes, participants, props and other upgrades may be added for an additional fee. Contact us before your session so we can confirm what is possible for your experience.

We recommend booking several weeks in advance, especially for personalized themes. More elaborate concepts require additional planning and preparation, so booking early gives us more time to create the experience.

Yes. Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 7 days’ notice. Your new date will be selected according to Euforia Photo Studio’s current availability.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session will result in the session being forfeited, and payments are non-refundable.

After your purchase, Euforia Photo Studio will contact you to confirm your session details, availability and any information needed to begin preparing your child’s experience.
Your session date is not considered confirmed until availability has been verified by Euforia Photo Studio.

We’re happy to use inspiration images to understand the style, colors and feeling you love. However, every Euforia setup is created with our own creative approach, available props and materials, so the final design will be inspired by your vision rather than an exact copy.
